Marfina ("we", "our" or "the company") operates the IntiClock mobile application (hereinafter, "the Application"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Application and the choices you have associated with that data.

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

IntiClock is designed to work completely offline and does not collect, transmit or store personally identifiable information on external servers. All information you enter in the Application is stored locally on your device.

2.2 Usage Data

The Application may collect the following data, which is stored only on your device:

  • Time logs and duration of work sessions
  • Project names created by the user
  • Hourly rates configured by the user
  • Application settings preferences (theme, language, currency)
  • Reports and exports generated by the user

2.3 Technical Data

We do not collect technical device data, IP addresses, browser information or any other diagnostic data. The Application does not use third-party analytics services.

3. Use of Information

All information stored in the Application is used exclusively to:

  • Provide and maintain the time tracking functionality
  • Allow the creation and management of projects
  • Calculate and display time and cost reports
  • Personalize the user experience according to their preferences
  • Generate data exports in CSV and PDF format

Important: None of this data is transmitted outside your device. We do not share, sell or transfer your information to third parties.

4. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using Flutter's local database (Hive/SharedPreferences). The data remains on your device until:

  • You manually delete the data from the Application settings
  • You uninstall the Application
  • You clear the application data from your device settings

We do not make automatic cloud backups. If you want to back up your data, you can export it manually in CSV or PDF format.

5. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. Since all data is stored locally on your device, security depends on your device's security measures (screen lock, device encryption, etc.).

We recommend that you:

  • Keep your device protected with a password or biometrics
  • Keep your device's operating system up to date
  • Do not share your device with unauthorized people
  • Back up your data regularly by exporting it

6. Application Permissions

IntiClock may request the following permissions:

  • Storage: To save report exports (CSV/PDF) to your device's Downloads folder
  • Notifications: To send local reminders about active time sessions (optional)

These permissions are used only for the functionality described, and no other data on your device is accessed.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Since IntiClock does not transmit data outside your device, no international data transfers take place. All your information remains on your local device.

You have full control over your data in IntiClock:

  • Access: You can access all your data at any time from the Application
  • Export: You can export all your data in CSV or PDF format
  • Deletion: You can delete all your data from the Application settings or by uninstalling the application
  • Modification: You can modify or update any information at any time

IntiClock does not use third-party services, analytics, advertising or any other external service that could collect information about you.
